Projects

These are some of our projects that were realized for our overseas customers located in Canada or abroad.

Iceland 3 and 4 plex Scotian Homes International and her Icelandic partner Traust Hus realized a row housing project of a 3 and a 4 unit building. The style of these houses were Icelandic, the structures were Canadian.	Poland This 1-1/2 storey house was built in Poland. The outside of the house was finished with engineered wood composite siding. The interior was furnished with Canadian hardwood flooring and kitchen.
Holiday Home, Germany This house was built for a German customer and has a nice wooden porch around two sides of the home. The exterior of the house has Cape Cod wooden siding. The second floor has a vaulted ceiling where the master bedroom is located.	House with a View The Arizona bungalow is characterized by it's large vaulted livingroom ceiling, perfectly designed for customers that want to get 'the view' on locations such as beaches, hills/mountains or other locations.
German 2-Storey This house was built in Germany and was tested by the German building authorities as one of the most energy efficient homes ever built in Germany.	Iceland Bungalow This bungalow was constructed in Iceland. The exterior was finished with NovaBrik. The all vinyl windows are double glazed and the interior of the house has hardwood flooring.
Rancher Style 2-storey, Germany This rancher style house was built in the Leipzig area in Germany. Light, space and a natural finish were the main features requested by this German customer. With it's southern exposure the solar gain of the house is excellent.	Project Switzerland This Swiss project was built with a finished upper storey level. Most of the materials were of Canadian origin. Only the outside finish was realized locally.
Germany Bungalow This bungalow has it all: vaulted ceiling, Maple kitchen, beautifull vinyl windows and Canadian roofing.
